Our site shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users or third parties due to the provision of this service being hindered by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, serious illnesses, risks of infectious diseases or similar occurrences, labor disputes, the enactment or amendment of laws and regulations, accidents involving public infrastructure (including transportation and communication lines), power outages, orders from government agencies, discontinuation of manufacturing or operations by suppliers, or any other reasons that are not attributable to our fault (hereinafter referred to as "force majeure").

1. In interpreting these terms, Japanese law shall be the governing law and shall be construed in accordance with that law.
2. Any disputes related to this service shall be handled by the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.

In the event of any discrepancies between the translated version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
